About: ​
Eugene is a test-taking veteran: he attended the prestigious Stuyvesant High School in Manhattan; and then received his B.Sc. in Urban and Regional Studies from Cornell University, also completing a concentration (minor) in Law & Society. He received his Master's degree in City and Regional Planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2012. Currently, Eugene is on hiatus from a second Master's degree from Tech (Civil Engineering), and focusing on his residency and other projects for business and enjoyment. Currently, Eugene is a Resident Analyst for the Atlanta Regional Commission. He conducts statistical and demographic research at the neighborhood, inter-city, county, regional, and national level across all subject areas.
